Terms and Conditions

Once you’ve chosen a program, please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By making any payment to Machupicchu Click On Peru, you acknowledge and accept these conditions, which are binding for all tours.

General Information

The itinerary may vary depending on weather, river conditions, or group preferences.

Machupicchu Click On Peru is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, nor for any resulting consequences.

We are not liable for any illness or accidents during the tour. Any costs due to these events are the full responsibility of the client.

Clients are responsible for any equipment loaned and must return it in good condition. Damage or loss must be compensated upon returning to Cusco.

Clients declare they are physically and mentally fit. Machupicchu Click On Peru will not be liable if this is later proven false.

Booking Procedures

Before making a payment, please contact us. To confirm your spot, a 50% deposit per person is required. This is non-refundable if the client cancels. Once payment is received, a contract with Machupicchu Click On Peru is established and a written confirmation will be issued.

Payments can be made via WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL, or other online methods. Bank charges and transfer fees are the client’s responsibility.

Final Balance Payment

Program prices are in U.S. dollars. The remaining balance must be paid at our office at least 24 hours before your tour. We accept cash (Peruvian soles or USD) and Visa (with an 8% fee). The confirmed price will not change.

Client Cancellation

To cancel, please send us a written notice. The deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is more than 15 days prior, only the deposit is lost. Between 15 and 7 days, a 50% refund applies if full payment was made. Cancellations within 48 hours or partial cancellations are not refundable.

Cancellations / Changes by Us

If events like technical issues, weather, strikes, or government actions occur, Machupicchu Click On Peru will propose alternatives. No refunds are provided. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary.

If major changes are necessary, we’ll notify you and suggest alternatives. Extra costs are the client’s responsibility. We are not liable for additional expenses related to tour preparations.

If Machupicchu Click On Peru cancels the tour, a full refund will be issued.

Risk Acceptance

Certain itineraries involve exposure to natural risks. By joining, the client accepts these risks and releases Machupicchu Click On Peru from liability in case of injuries or accidents.

Tour Authority

Guides have authority over safety-related decisions. Clients must follow instructions.

All participants must obey Peruvian law, especially regarding illegal substances. Violation may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

Travel Documents

A valid passport is required. Carry the original or a copy at all times.

Travel Insurance

We recommend comprehensive insurance covering medical, emergency, cancellations, and luggage loss.

Third Party Services

We work with airlines, hotels, and other providers. Machupicchu Click On Peru is not liable for any issues caused by them.

Claims and Complaints

Report complaints to the guide during the tour. Further claims must be made in writing within 7 days after the tour ends.

Any legal dispute will be resolved in Cusco, Peru, under Peruvian law. Our liability is limited to the tour price. No indirect or consequential losses will be covered.
